Before any campaign can be approved and published, AmbagKo.ph checks the campaign starter, the beneficiary, the campaign purpose, and supporting documents.
Campaign starter verification
- Full legal name
- Valid government-issued ID
- Selfie or identity confirmation
- Email address and mobile number
- Current address
- Relationship to the beneficiary
- Written declaration that the campaign story is true
- Consent to verification, record keeping, and audit review

Human beneficiary verification
- Full legal name
- Valid ID if available
- Birth certificate, school ID, patient record, or other supporting identity document if government ID is unavailable
- Parent, guardian, or authorized representative ID if the beneficiary is a minor, elderly, incapacitated, or unable to provide ID
- Written consent or authorization if applicable
Pet beneficiary verification
- Pet name
- Recent pet photo
- Vet record, vaccination card, adoption paper, ownership proof, or clinic record
- Proof that the campaign starter is the owner, caretaker, rescuer, or authorized fundraiser
Private-beta limits
Campaign and donation controls
Campaign goals are capped at PHP 100,000. Donations are capped at PHP 100,000 per donation. Donations above PHP 20,000 require donor identity verification for record keeping and audit review.
