Reviewed help, step by step

How AmbagKo Works

AmbagKo helps people start and support reviewed help campaigns. Every public campaign goes through a review process before it appears on the platform.

Process

From request to public status

The flow is intentionally careful during private beta.

1

Submit your campaign

Choose the help type and add a clear public story.

2

Upload required documents

Private files help staff/admin check the request.

3

AmbagKo reviews the campaign

Starter identity, beneficiary identity, story, and supporting documents are checked before public listing.

4

Approved campaigns become public

Donors can browse approved, public-safe campaign pages.

5

Donors contribute

Payment processing remains private-beta/test until live setup is complete.

6

Release status is documented

Manual release tracking may include withdrawal processing fees deducted from campaign funds.

For donors

Support only campaigns that have passed the public-listing review gate.

  • Browse approved campaigns.
  • Review the story, goal, category, and public status.
  • Donate when payments are available and configured.
  • Track progress, public updates, and status markers.

For organizers

Prepare the story and documents before submitting for review.

  • Choose the right campaign type.
  • Prepare the documents requested for review.
  • Submit a clear story and realistic goal.
  • Respond if staff/admin asks for more information.

Transparency without exposing private files

Campaign review

A campaign is checked before it can appear publicly.

Document checks

Private documents are reviewed by staff/admin and are not shown publicly by default.

Public status trail

Campaign pages can show public-safe progress and payout status markers.

Manual release workflow

Operational release status is recorded manually and does not trigger an automatic transfer.

AmbagKo does not provide stored balances, escrow, instant withdrawals, or automated payouts. Approved campaigns have completed the required pre-publication review.
